Welcome to Villa Cinquecento, a lavish house located on a 500-meter hill above the northern Adriatic bay of Kvarner. It is equipped with a garage, solar heating and an outdoor summer kitchen.

Villa Cinquecento stands above the city of Rijeka with a spacious view of Istra and Opatija to the west and Adriatic Sea with islands Cres and Krk to the south.

Villa Cinquecento is placed on the edge of the small village of Benčani and is surrounded by a Mediterranean forest. The environment is peaceful, and the only noise are the birds singing.
